Returns and Exchanges

NO RETURNS ON ITEMS WHEN PURCHASED DURING A FLASH, CLEARANCE OR MEGA SALE, THIS INCLUDES ANNIVERSARY OR ANY SPECIAL SALES EXCEEDING 20% OFF
Once an order is placed, we try to fulfill it as soon as possible, but you can expect your items to be sent out within 3-5 business days of the order being received.
Once your order is placed Lace & Lilac cannot price adjust to reflect codes or take discounts off (we are charged fees every time an adjustment or change is made to a transaction.) Thank you for understanding.
Most commonly, a customer returns an item because it simply does not fit and we understand.
We permit a return made within seven (7) days of receiving your item. Here are our guidelines:
- Item(s) must be returned with original tags attached, unaltered, unworn and undamaged (please note: we inspect each item before we ship it out)
- Any item that shows signs of wear/damage/altered, including stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume or smoke smells will not be returnable, or eligible for online store credit
- Please email a return request to email@example.com including your order number and reason for return ( this must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your items)
- Once we receive your request and it is approved, you will have seven (7) days to send the item(s) back to us
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will process the refund to the original form of payment
- If your item(s) is received after seven (7) days from the approval email, Lace & Lilac will only be able to offer you in store credit
- No returns after 30 days
- No returns on handbags, wallets, accessories, self-care, sale items, clearance/final sale or items we are no longer stocking, no returns on worn shoes.
- Please be sure the merchandise fits the above return criteria before shipping it back to us
Late or missing refunds :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Because things go quickly in our store we cannot offer exchanges for a different size. We recommend you email us and start a return process as listed above and purchase the size you need to guarantee you get the item in the size you need. Email us at: email@example.com and we will walk you throughout the return from there
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We CANNOT change your shipping address once the order has been shipped.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Customer is responsible for checking tracking and contacting their local shipping office for updates on delayed shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
